It has a Unique working principle that it is fitted with the rotor, as the rotor rotates, the air entrapped between the rotor blades is radially and circumferentially accelerated and pushed in to the side cavity. Here it is pressurised and pushed back to the rotor blades where it is again radially and circumferentially accelerated. Industrial Turbine Blowers consists of a dynamically balanced impeller which revolves in a stator-cum-compression chamber having very fine clearances between them. The impellers are fitted directly on the motor shaft. to reduce impedance to the air flow both the suction and pressure openings are located on the outer periphery of the stator thereby creating vacuum and pressure. there is no wear and tear & no lubrication is required as the impeller rotates with no contact between itself and the casing.
